Laurie received her BFA degree from the Philadelphia College of Art (PCA). She majored in graphic design however, always loved her glassblowing electives. Years after her graduation from PCA, Laurie continued her love for glass by taking evening classes at the Bucks County Community College. Her dream is to some day have a glass furnace in her back yard.

Since childhood, Laurie has always been involved in some type of craft enjoying cross-stitch, crochet, and pen and ink drawing. She also has found that her creative talents can be of use in her Mary Kay business.

Laurie lives on a small farm where she raises “babydoll” sheep, has two dogs, and three cats.

Laurie recently got engaged to Jay, no wedding date has been set.
